Federal Law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized exhibition, distribution, or reproduction of copyrighted photographs or digital images. Criminal copyright infringement is investigated by the F.B.I. and may constitute a felony with a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison and/or a $250,000.00 dollar fine.
Permission shall be granted when you (the client) make payment in advance to me, Steven Nelson Collins (the providor) to purchase said photographs or digital images for your use. Thanks, in advance, for your support.
