Rod Building
We also offer Custom Rod Building Classes where we take you straight through the steps necessary to train you how to build a gorgeous custom fishing rod! These classes are not just designed to build a mediocre rod, but one that is truly state of the art with the latest and best finishes and technology.
Let us train you how to create a masterpiece! Your new rod will be the envy of all who see it and they make wonderful gifts, too! Mike Herman has been building gorgeous custom rods for years and he will show you how its done and help you pick the right parts for your style of fishing!
Classes are only $25.00 for all four classes. Each class lasts up to two hours. Classes are usually Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m. but we will work with you if you need to schedule some other time. Just give us a call and a new custom rod is in your future.
Pre-Tied Corky's
Steelhead Pre-Tied Corkys are On Sale now through the end of February. They come in many colors and were originally $2.49 but now are $1.99 each. Packages come with 2 leaders, 2 corkys and 2 hooks per pack.
We also carry custom Hand-Tied Steelhead Jigs. These are made especially for Herman's Big Fish and do not get any better than this!
